Gordon J. Kerr, B.Comm., CA, FCAPresident & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Kerr has been with Enerplus since 1996 and he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2001. Mr. Kerr is responsible for developing the corporate vision and strategies. He is also accountable, through his executive team, for the execution of those strategies and ultimate performance of the company. He is an active corporate spokesperson and is often interviewed by media for his views on Enerplus as well as the oil and gas industry.
Mr. Kerr is past Chairman of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) Board of Governors, a member of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives (CCCE), and a director of Enerplus as well as a director of Laricina, a private company focused on in-situ oil sands development. Prior to joining Enerplus, Mr. Kerr held positions of increasing responsibility at Petromark Minerals Ltd. and Bluesky Oil & Gas Ltd.
Mr. Kerr holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary. He obtained the designation of Chartered Accountant and admission as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta in 1979. Mr.Kerr is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta.

Ian C. Dundas, B.Comm., LLBExecutive Vice-President & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Dundas oversees the development and execution of the Company’s operational strategies. He is also responsible for strategic planning, marketing, reserves, acquisitions and divestments. He was instrumental in the successful repositioning of Enerplus’ portfolio over the last few years including the acquisition of $1.5 billion of early stage growth properties and the divestment of nearly $1 billion in non-core assets. Mr. Dundas joined Enerplus in 2002 as Vice-President, Business Development and was appointed to Executive Vice-President in 2010. In 2011, Mr. Dundas was appointed the position of Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining Enerplus, Mr. Dundas held several executive positions at Merchant Capital, El Paso Merchant Canada Inc., and the Merchant Capital group of Enron Canada Corp.
Mr. Dundas holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Distinction) from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Laws (Distinction) from the University of Alberta. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 1995.

Robert J. Waters, MBA, C.A.Senior Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Waters is a member of the senior executive team and oversees accounting, corporate and investor relations, finance, tax, and information systems. Mr. Waters joined Enerplus in 2001 as the company’s Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Waters served in the roles of Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer at Pengrowth Energy Trust, Treasurer at Norcen Energy Resources, and Manager at Thorne Riddell (now KPMG).
Mr. Waters holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration from York University, Toronto. He became a Chartered Accountant in 1986.

Edward McLaughlin, MBA, BScPresident, Enerplus USA
Mr. McLaughlin oversees the day-to-day activities of our Bakken oil play in North Dakota and Montana as well as our Marcellus natural gas assets in the northeastern U.S. Mr. McLaughlin is based in our Denver office, where he joined Enerplus in 2011 as Manager of Land before becoming President of Enerplus USA in 2012.
Mr. McLaughlin has more than 30 years of oil and gas experience in the U.S. and has held numerous senior positions within the industry, including President of the U.S. subsidiary of a major oil and gas company.
He has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and is a Certified Professional Landman.

Ray J. Daniels, MBA, BSc Senior Vice-President, Operations
Mr. Daniels is accountable for all Enerplus operations and associated functions as well as supply chain management, well asset management, and safety and social responsibility. He also oversees the corporate standards, processes and reporting in these areas.
Mr. Daniels joined Enerplus as Vice-President of Oil Sands in 2007 and became Vice-President, Development Services in 2009. In 2011, Mr. Daniels was appointed the position of Senior Vice-President, Canadian Operations and his role was expanded again in 2012 to include U.S. Operations. He started his career in technical roles with Chevron Petroleum and held a variety of management positions with Conoco UK Limited over a 23 year period. Prior to joining Enerplus, he served as ConocoPhillips Canada's Vice-President, Surmont Development.
Mr. Daniels is a Chartered Engineer with a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science (Mechanical Engineering) from Aberdeen University.

Eric G. Le Dain, P. Eng., MBASenior Vice-President, Strategic Planning, Reserves, & Marketing
Mr. Le Dain leads the business analysis, reserves, and marketing groups. His responsibilities include coordinating and participating in portfolio management, budget, long-range planning, look-back analysis, and commodity price risk management processes. Mr. Le Dain joined Enerplus in 2006 as Vice-President of Marketing and was appointed to Vice-President, Strategic Planning, Reserves & Marketing in 2010. In 2011, his position was expanded to Senior Vice-President reflecting the broad nature of his role.
Prior to joining Enerplus, Mr. Le Dain was an Executive Director at UBS Commodities Canada Ltd., and at Enron Canada Corp., in origination and marketing. Prior to that, he worked in operations and major projects at Shell Canada Limited and Husky Oil Operations Ltd.
Mr. Le Dain holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Mechanical Engineering) degree from Queen's University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Calgary.

Jo-Anne M. CazaVice-President, Corporate & Investor Relations
Ms. Caza oversees investor relations activities, including providing information to the public regarding business strategies and corporate performance. In addition to her work with the investment community, Ms. Caza oversees the company’s media relations, brand, advertising, corporate communications and community investment initiatives.
Ms. Caza joined Enerplus in 1996 and was appointed to the position of Vice-President, Investor Relations in 2000. Ms. Caza’s responsibilities grew again in 2008, when the scope of the position was broadened to encompass Corporate & Investor Relations.

Rodney D. Gray, B.Comm., C.A.Vice-President, Finance
Mr. Gray is responsible for the areas of corporate finance, operations accounting, and insurance. The corporate finance group is responsible for all external financial reporting, internal management reporting, debt capital management and treasury related activities. Mr. Gray also works with the U.S. finance team to facilitate the integration of U.S. and Canadian reporting. Mr. Gray joined Enerplus in 2002 in the role of Controller, Finance. He was promoted to Vice President, Finance in 2005.
Mr. Gray started his career with KPMG LLP, specializing in assurance and advisory services to the oil and gas industry. He then moved to Berkley Petroleum Corp. where he was Manager, Financial Reporting prior to being promoted to Controller.
Mr. Gray is a Chartered Accountant and graduated from Queen's University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours.

Robert A. Kehrig, B.E.,MScVice-President, Resource Development
Mr. Kehrig is accountable for screening and evaluating acquisition and divestiture opportunities, including the identification and capture of new large scale resource play opportunities in North America. In addition, Mr. Kehrig has executive responsibility for individuals in the roles of Chief Reservoir Engineer, Chief Completions and Production, Chief Geologist and Chief Geophysicist. Mr. Kehrig, a professional engineer, joined Enerplus in 2002 as a manager in the Business Development group and was promoted to his current position in 2008.
Prior to joining Enerplus, he was Manager of Engineering for El Paso Merchant Energy Canada and Manager of Engineering for Enron Canada. He also held a variety of management and engineering roles at Wascana Energy, and began his career as Exploitation Engineer at Dome Petroleum.
Mr. Kehrig graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a B.E. (Great Distinction) and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.

David A. McCoy, B.Comm., LLB.Vice-President, Corporate Services, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
As a member of the executive team, Mr. McCoy is responsible for legal support in the areas of acquisitions and divestitures, equity and debt financings, day-to-day oil and gas operations, dispute resolution/litigation, corporate secretarial functions and adherence to securities laws associated with public issuer status in both Canada and the U.S. markets.
In addition, Mr. McCoy oversees the operations of the Office Services department which is focused on corporate office leasing, and day-to-day corporate administration and operations. Mr. McCoy also leads the Records & Information Management department which is tasked with the reliable and efficient retention of the Corporation's records. Mr. McCoy joined Enerplus as Vice-President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary in 2002.
Prior to joining Enerplus, Mr. McCoy held positions in the oil and gas sector for corporations such as EnCana, Conoco, Westcoast Energy, Gulf and Home Oil, handling major transactions both domestically and abroad.
Mr. McCoy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Commerce (Distinction) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta. He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1987.

Brien A. Perry, MBAVice-President, Human Resources
Mr. Perry oversees Human Resources at Enerplus in both Canada and the U.S. He joined Enerplus as Manager of Compensation, Benefits and Human Resources Information Systems in June 2007 and most recently held the role of Manager of HR Programs and Services. Prior to joining Enerplus, Mr. Perry was Human Resources Manager at ConocoPhillips Canada. Before shifting his career into the oil patch in 1990, he was a coach with the Canadian National Ski Team and shared in the successes at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary. Mr. Perry graduated from the University of Calgary with a Masters in Business Administration in 1989.

Patrick 'Scott' WalshVice-President, Information Systems
Mr. Walsh joined Enerplus as Vice-President, Information Services in April 2011. He is responsible for the oversight and management of information technologies and service in both Canada and the U.S.
He started his career in the Canadian energy industry over 20 years ago in Fort McMurray, working with Suncor Energy Inc. in various technical roles. He held progressively more senior management positions within Suncor Energy and was most recently Corporate Director, Information Services – Infrastructure and Application & Infrastructure. His work resulted in centralizing and standardizing systems and infrastructure to produce stable, highly accessible support to 20,000 clients at Suncor Energy.
Mr. Walsh holds a diploma in Computer Business Systems from Keyano College in Fort McMurray, Alberta. In addition, his experience and education have been enhanced through Duke University, Haskayne School of Business and Ivy School of Business executive leadership programs.

Kenneth W. Young, B.Comm., P.LandVice-President, Land
Mr. Young is accountable for the stewardship of Enerplus’ oil & gas surface and mineral rights in both Canada and the U.S. He also is responsible for negotiating the acquisition, divestment and optimization of those rights. Mr. Young joined Enerplus as Vice-President, Land in 2008.
Mr. Young began his career at Imperial Oil Ltd., where he held positions of varied and increasing responsibility before his departure to Archer Resources, and later to Zargon Oil and Gas, where he was the Vice-President of Land. Mr. Young was most recently the Vice-President, Land at Avant Garde Energy.
Mr. Young has a Bachelor of Commerce (1980) degree from Mount Allison University in New Brunswick.
