About Enerplus
President & Chief Executive Officer
Gordon J. Kerr, B.Comm., C.A.

Mr. Kerr was appointed to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer in 2001, just prior to the merger of EnerMark Income Fund with Enerplus Resources Fund in June of that year. Mr. Kerr has been with the Enerplus Group since 1996, holding the positions of Vice President Finance and Executive Vice President prior to his appointment. Mr. Kerr is past Chairman of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers ("CAPP"), is a member of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives and sits as Co-chair of the Coalition of Canadian Energy Trusts ("CCET"). In addition, Mr. Kerr is also a director of a private oil and gas company focused on in-situ development in the Alberta oil sands.

He commenced his career in the oil and gas industry in 1979 with Petromark Minerals Ltd. and Bluesky Oil & Gas Ltd., Canadian based companies that joint ventured with numerous German drilling funds conducting operations in both Canada and the United States. Mr. Kerr held various positions with Bluesky Oil & Gas Ltd. and its successor Mark Resources Inc., ultimately becoming Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary until the company's reorganization by the Enerplus Group, into EnerMark Income Fund in 1996.

Mr. Kerr holds a Bachelor of Commerce (1976) from the University of Calgary. He obtained the designation of Chartered Accountant and admission as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta in 1979.



Executive Vice President
Ian C. Dundas, B.Comm., LLB.

Mr. Dundas joined the Enerplus group as Vice-President and Director, Business Development in December 2002. Mr. Dundas leads the group responsible for identifying and pursuing acquisition-related opportunities and new business development.

Prior to joining Enerplus, Mr. Dundas was Vice-President, Merchant Capital with El Paso Merchant Energy Canada Inc. where he led a team which managed a portfolio of oil and gas investments and pursued other energy-related merchant business opportunities.

Prior to his service at El Paso Merchant Energy Canada Inc., Mr. Dundas was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development for a public biotechnology company. From 1996 to 2000, he was a Director in the Merchant Capital group of Enron Canada Corp.

In 2010, Mr. Dundas was appointed to the position of Executive Vice President.

Mr. Dundas holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Distinction) from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Laws (Distinction) from the University of Alberta. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 1995.



Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Robert J. Waters, MBA, C.A.
Mr. Waters joined Enerplus as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in December 2001, following three-and-a-half years as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Pengrowth Energy Trust.

Prior to his service at Pengrowth, Mr. Waters worked for Norcen Energy Resources in a series of increasingly responsible positions in the areas of audit, tax and corporate development. He left the position of treasurer to join Pengrowth in 1988. Mr. Waters started his career in 1984 with Thorne Riddell (now KPMG).

Mr. Waters holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration from York University, Toronto. He became a Chartered Accountant in 1986.


Vice President, Corporate and Investor Relations
Jo-Anne M. Caza

Ms. Caza joined Enerplus in 1996 and has been working in the area of Investor Relations since that time. She was appointed to the position of Vice President, Investor Relations in 2000 and in 2008 this position was broadened to Vice President, Corporate and Investor Relations. Ms. Caza is responsible for all Investor Relations activities as well as corporate communication and community investment.

 



Vice President, Development Services and Oil Sands
Ray Daniels, MBA, BSc

Mr. Daniels joined Enerplus as Vice President Oil Sands in December 2007. In 2009 this position expanded to encompass Development Services. He started his career in the oil and gas industry in Aberdeen working with Chevron Petroleum in various technical roles. For the past 23 years, he has held various management positions with Conoco UK Limited and most recently with ConocoPhillips Canada as Vice-President Surmont Development. In addition to his significant technical experience in conventional oil and gas production, he brings extensive experience in the development and management of oil sands projects in Canada.

Mr. Daniels holds a Masters of Business Administration from Aberdeen University and Robert Gordon University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Aberdeen University.



Vice President, Finance
Rodney D. Gray, B.Comm., C.A.

Mr. Gray is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience in oil and gas.  Mr. Gray joined Enerplus as Controller, Finance in June 2002 and was promoted to Vice President, Finance in February 2005. He graduated from Queen's University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree and began his career with KPMG LLP specializing in assurance and advisory services to the oil and gas industry attaining the position of Manager. Mr. Gray joined Berkley Petroleum Corp. in 1998 as Manager, Financial Reporting and was promoted to Controller in 1999.



President, U.S. Operations
Dana W. Johnson, B.S. Met, MBA

Mr. Johnson joined Enerplus with the appointment of President, U.S. Operations in May 2008 bringing with him over 25 years of oil and gas industry experience, the majority of which has been spent in the United States.

Mr. Johnson's background includes extensive managerial, operations, business development and engineering experience in both conventional and unconventional plays throughout Canada and the U.S.   Prior to joining Enerplus, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Quicksilver Resources Canada Inc. He joined Quicksilver in 2004 as U.S. Eastern Region Manager after serving 22 years in a variety of senior management and engineering positions with Shell Exploration & Production Company in the U.S. He also has a solid background in government and community relations and currently serves on the Alberta Executive Policy Group of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP).

Mr. Johnson received a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University in 1982 and an MBA from the University of Houston in 1992.



Vice President, Information Services
Lyonel G. Kawa

Mr. Kawa joined Enerplus Resources Fund as Vice President, Information Services in January 2007. Mr. Kawa brings a wealth of industry experience with both an information system technical, and oil patch business background, which will deliver value and measurable productivity gains while maintaining strong infrastructure support.

Mr. Kawa has over 15 years in the industry working for a variety of oil companies (Norcen, Paramount, Petromet, Burlington and ConocoPhillips), TransCanada Pipelines, as well as entrepreneurial software companies (NrG Information Services and ACDAT Software Systems) in a variety of technical system integration and management roles.

Mr. Kawa has a Business Administration diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a Commerce degree through Athabasca University.



Vice President, Resource Development
Robert A. Kehrig, B.E.,MSc

Mr. Kehrig is a professional engineer with over 25 years of diverse experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Kehrig was a manager in the Business Development group with Enerplus for approximately six years prior to his promotion to Vice President of Resource Development in October 2008. Throughout this time he was a key contributor in all of the major acquisitions that Enerplus closed over the years.

Mr. Kehrig graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a B.E. (Great Distinction) and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.



Vice President, Corporate Services
Jennifer F. Koury, B. Comm.

Ms. Koury joined Enerplus Resources Fund as Vice President, Corporate Services in October 2006.  Ms. Koury brings over 25 years of experience in developing human resources processes and practices including organizational alignment and leadership development.

For ten years prior to joining Enerplus, Ms. Koury provided consulting services to a variety of oil and gas companies nationally and internationally.  Her areas of focus were leadership development, team performance improvement and alignment of human resource policy and practice to business objectives.  Prior to her consulting practice, Ms. Koury worked in Human Resources for Imperial Oil Ltd. in a series of positions of increasing responsibility.

Ms. Koury graduated from the University of Alberta in 1985 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.  She also holds a diploma in Business Administration from Red River Community College in Winnipeg, Manitoba.



Vice President, Strategic Planning, Reserves, & Marketing
Eric G. Le Dain, P. Eng., MBA

Mr. Le Dain joined Enerplus Resources Fund as Vice President of Marketing in September of 2006.  Mr. Le Dain brings over 20 years of experience in engineering, operations, business development and marketing.

Mr. Le Dain worked at UBS Commodities Canada Ltd. for four years prior to joining Enerplus, most recently as Executive Director responsible for business development related to natural gas, power, and crude oil physical and financial assets.  Prior to UBS, Mr Le Dain worked with Enron Canada Corp. in energy marketing and power plant development, ultimately assuming responsibility for wholesale natural gas marketing across Canada.  Mr. Le Dain worked for nine years at Shell Canada Limited in operations engineering, oil sands development and natural gas marketing.  He began his career at Husky Oil Operations Ltd. as a project engineer with the Bi-Provincial Upgrader project.

In March 2010 Mr. Le Dain was appointed Vice President, Strategic Planning, Reserves, and Marketing.

Mr. Le Dain holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Mechanical Engineering) degree from Queen's University, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Calgary.



Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
David A. McCoy, B.Comm., LLB.
Mr. McCoy joined Enerplus as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in December 2002. As a member of the executive team, his primary focus is to provide the Fund with legal support in the areas of equity and debt financings, acquisitions and divestitures, day-to-day oil and gas operations, dispute resolution and litigation matters, corporate secretarial functions and adherence to securities law requirements associated with public issuer status in both Canada and the United States. Mr. McCoy has over nineteen years of practical experience working in the oil and gas sector for corporations such as EnCana, Conoco, Westcoast Energy, Gulf and Home Oil, both domestically and abroad.

Mr. McCoy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Commerce (Distinction) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta. He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1987.


Vice President, Canadian Operations
Rob Symonds, P. Eng.

Mr. Symonds is responsible for overseeing the operations and development of our Canadian conventional asset base. He was appointed to this position upon joining Enerplus in March 2009. Mr. Symonds has over 29 years of diverse experience in both the Canadian and international oil and gas industry.

He worked in senior positions for both Shell Canada and Shell UK, and most recently at a Canadian mid-size independent producer. He has a strong background in exploration, development and operations. He also brings to Enerplus experience in strategy development and merger and acquisition activities. Mr. Symonds has served on various Executive Policy Groups at the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP).

Mr. Symonds holds a Masters of Petroleum Engineering degree from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Alberta.



Vice President, Land
Kenneth W. Young, B.Comm., P.Land

Mr. Young joined Enerplus as Vice President, Land in November 2008. Mr. Young is a land professional with over 25 years of direct land experience. He possesses a wealth of technical skills combined with diverse business experience in the industry.

Mr. Young began his career at Imperial Oil and for 13 years held positions of varied and increasing responsibility before his departure to Archer Resources and then to Zargon Oil and Gas where he was the Vice President of Land for ten years. During the last year and a half, Mr. Young consulted to a variety of Oil and Gas clients, and most recently held the position of Vice President, Land at Avant Garde Energy.

Mr. Young has a Bachelor of Commerce (1980) degree from Mount Allison University in New Brunswick.
