One of the greatest challenges we face in the energy industry is a shortage of skilled personnel and we believe it is our responsibility to work to find solutions to this issue. We have a number of summer and co-op positions available each year for full-time students.
Summer Students
Our summer student positions begin in May and end in September (4 months). Our Summer Student program is divided into technical and non-technical positions. Under the technical program we hire Engineering, Geology, and Geophysical students only, with recruitment beginning in September. Under the non-technical program we hire for all other positions including but not limited to; Administration, Land, Law, Investor Relations and Communications, and Human Resources, with recruiting beginning in January. Co-op Students
Our co-op student positions start in January, May or September and the term lengths are either four or eight months. Recruiting typically starts four months prior to start date and we follow the schools' timelines and deadlines. For example; recruitment for a January start would begin in September. Students must be eligible to participate in the schools' co-op program. Recruiting is done through the school (they collect resumes, schedule interviews, etc). To view open positions click here.
Internship Students
Our internship student positions start in January, May or September and the term lengths range from 12 to 16 months. Recruiting typically starts four months prior to start date and we follow the schools' timelines and deadlines. For example recruitment for a January start would begin in September.
