We encourage interested community organizations in our areas of operation to apply for funding by completing and submitting our application form. Applicants do not have to be a registered charity.
Criteria for Applications
- Is your project in one of our four focus areas?
- Is it consistent with the community needs in the area?
- Is it consistent with the values and principles of Enerplus?
- Will it benefit the maximum number of residents in your community?
- Does it provide volunteer opportunities for Enerplus employees?
- How will your organization recognize Enerplus?
Some restrictions do apply. We do not fund: organizations already supported through the United Way; political, religious or sectarian organizations; service clubs or fraternal organizations; for-profit organizations or debt-reduction campaigns; individual applicants, private foundations or stand-alone research; video, television or book productions; or teams seeking funding for team-related expenses.
