We want to create a situation where you can use your energy to its fullest potential, so our interview process allows us both to find the perfect fit.

It begins with one of our experienced recruiters contacting candidates whose competencies and qualifications best match position requirements.

Applicants selected for interviews will be invited to meet with a member of our recruiting team. Our recruiters are trained to put you at ease while bringing your talents and skills to the forefront.

Using Behavioural Descriptive Interviewing, recruiters will ask you to respond to questions based on your past behaviour, which is a good indication of future performance.

Competencies are the cornerstone of our learning and development processes and commonly used by companies to describe the leadership and business behaviours that are desired and expected from all employees and leaders. Therefore, interview questions are structured using the core competencies we seek.

Sample questions might include:

  • Describe a project, situation, or assignment that challenged your skills. How did you effectively manage the situation?
  • Describe a previous work situation where you thought the work environment was ideal. What made it ideal and why?

The "STAR" Principle

To help us assess your skills for the position you are interviewing for, answers should be structured using the "STAR" principle:

  • S - Situation (State a specific situation)
  • T - Task (Describe the task or opportunity)
  • A - Action you took (What did you do?)
  • R - Results achieved (What did you learn from your decision?)

After the interview

Once the interview is complete, the interviewer will explain the timelines or next steps. If you are the successful applicant for the position, you will be notified as soon as possible. If another candidate is selected, we will notify you and offer feedback if requested.
