Enerplus is a responsible developer of high quality crude oil and natural gas assets in the United States and Canada. We’re proud of what we do, how we got here and where we’re going. We are currently looking to fill a full time position available on our Completions Team. This position will be located in the Denver office and we will be looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Job Duties:

  • Assist Engineers in preparing technical data for interpretation, conduct analyses and routine computer processing of the data, and help create final displays of the results, often for formal presentations
  • With minimal guidance, generates & compiles state and federal filings required for government regulatory compliance
  • Maintain activity records and data for monthly/quarterly reporting
  • Create tables, graphs, charts and other analytics in Excel, Access, OFM, Tableau
  • Update departmental shared resources. (boards, folders, charts, schedules and lists)
  • Researches and works independently on projects
  • Analyzes well documentation for wells/projects
  • Compiles complex reports detailing operations activity
  • QA/QC data
  • Coordinating completion schedule changes with multi-disciplines
  • Review and process AFEs and invoices
      • Coding and WellView/SiteView entries
  • Fulfills data requests from other departments as needed
  • Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job



  • Minimum of 2-5 years related experience
  • Experience with oil and gas related software such as WellView, SiteView, AVOCET, Tableau, AFE NAV, Excalibur, OFM
  • Skill in using Microsoft Office suite of products: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project and Access
  • Capable of assimilating information, deductive reasoning, and providing sound feedback and information
  • Must be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
  • Possess General working knowledge of production operations, completions and drilling operations
  • Ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, be an active learner and willing to assist
  • Attention to detail is a critical aspect of this position
  • Ability to be proactive, anticipate issues, and communicate effectively across multiple groups
  • Familiarity with Well Data Labs is a plus
