Enerplus is a responsible developer of high quality crude oil and natural gas assets in Canada and the United States. We’re proud of what we do, how we got here and where we’re going. We currently have a full-time opportunity for a Client Support Analyst reporting directly to the Team Lead, Client Services and Service Desk. This position is located in our Denver office and is part of the Corporate Properties and Infrastructure team. This position works closely with users from across Enerplus’ business areas. Knowledge and understanding of ITIL best practices is required. As time allows this position may help in other areas including Infrastructure, Application Support and IS projects.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Provide tier 1 and 2 desktop support for Denver office and US field users
  • Provide Executive IT support
  • Printer support, maintenance and supply inventory tracking
  • Audio Visual and conference room support
  • Mobile device maintenance and support (iOS primarily)
  • Manage system incidents, service requests and other related tasks within Service Now
  • Prioritize workload based on criticality and service level agreements
  • Maintain hardware inventory and US asset tracking
  • Creation and maintenance of support and process documentation
  • Oversee the hardware provisioning for new and existing users

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years related Service Desk experience
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Windows OS (Win 7 & 10) and MS Office software (2010, 2013, 2016, 365)
  • Experience supporting AD, Group Policy, Exchange, VMWare and Intune
  • Customer service oriented mindset
  • Understanding of ITIL best practices
  • Working knowledge of the Oil & Gas lifecycle would be an asset
