If that means wearing your favourite pair of jeans every day, then go for it. We trust your judgment in wearing what is appropriate for your day.
We also don't cap your vacation time. If you are focused and accountable for results and work well with your team to deliver those results, then take the time away to recharge. As long as your leader agrees and all of your work gets done throughout the year, why bother with a maximum number of days off?
