Enerplus requires that all contractors who provide a significant amount of goods or services to Enerplus enter into one of Enerplus' standard agreements. These agreements contain the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between Enerplus and the contractor and include the scope of work they provide to Enerplus.
For example, annual insurance, workers compensation documents, geographic coverage and technical requirements would be clarified in the agreement along with any other specified provisions. Acknowledgement of Enerplus' Code of Business Conduct would also be referenced and attached to the agreement.
Unless otherwise advised, existing EnerMark master agreements remain applicable but will be superseded by entering into a new master agreement with Enerplus.
