Dividends

As announced on May 6, 2021, Enerplus' Board of Directors approved the change in dividend payment frequency from monthly to quarterly. On February 24, 2022, Enerplus also changed its dividend to be declared in US dollars. Dividend payments continue to be made on or about the 15th of March, June, September and December. Record dates and ex-dividend dates are on or about the last business day of the month prior to payment. For Canadian shareholders, the CDN dollar equivalent dividend will be based upon the US/Canadian exchange rate closer to the payment date. Payments to shareholders who are not residents of Canada will be net of any Canadian withholding taxes that may be applicable.
